For all the aviation buffs out there, I noticed that you can now listen to the air traffic control frequencies for Thunder Bay International Aiport on LiveATC.net. They are currently streaming the frequencies for:
Thunder Bay Ground: 121.9
Thunder Bay Tower: 118.1
Thunder Bay Terminal: 119.2
Winnipeg Center (CZWG) – Marathon Sector (GND/FL280): 132.125
So have fun! I just heard that a helicopter was landing at the Thunder Bay Health Sciences Centre, and a Confederation College student was landing a Cessna, while I could hear the engine above my house.
Now we can bug the people we know who work in the ATC when ever they say something funny on the radio.
