Eclipse 3.2 and Ruby

by Brian on 7/1/2006

I finally got ahold of Eclipse 3.2. From what I can tell you have to download the SDK and binaries from eclipse.org rather than using the update feature found under help. I’ve started to like the tool a lot; it saved me a lot of time this past term while working on school projects. I hope the update will make me like it even more.

My experimenting with Ruby is turning out very well. It’s a very elegant language, and I’ve been picking it up very quickly. I’m writing down some of my experiences in a Word file which I might one day release as some kind of book.

    Hi Beth,

Good entry on Sudoku. I see you also visited Thunder Bay? That’s cool. What brought you guys here? I’ve been working on a little program in Ruby to generate Sudokus, but haven’t had too much time to work on it.
