The fish bred again. This time it was HeDucky with the white and red finned female. I really need to get their names straight. The last spawn wasn’t successful. I’m not sure if it was because the water was too cold, or if the fish ate all the eggs, but we’ll see this time. I have a heater now, and the water is the right temperature, so that’s no longer an issue. On a positive note, we have two females who will breed, and I also learned that the male’s bubble nest has to be really thick for him to be ready.
