I brought my PowerBook to the Tuesday Night group tonight, and I took these notes on what woman want from guys:

  • Muscles/Security
  • Provider
  • Slow to anger speak
  • Quick to listen
  • Empathy, not advice
  • Authenticity
  • Attention
  • Authentic Affection
  • Positive Attention – Be all there
  • Not to be manipulative
  • Be a leader
