Skype

People who know me know that I’m not much of a MSN user. I went for almost a year without using it. One of my reasons for not using it includes stress; I found that conversations I would have on MSN would create stress since I’m one of those people who tends to believe everyone is mad at me. I also found it to be a distraction from work I was doing, and people had a tendency of messaging me about things they needed or wanted me to do.

I’m a pretty relational person, and take relationships that I have with people quite seriously, maybe even more so than I actually should; I value relationships a lot. I would much prefer voice-to-voice chat rather than text based chatting.

So I decided to give Skype a try. It’s like MSN with voice. And, it also lets you conference in up to 50 people in one conference which is kind of cool.

Download it, and then click the Skype Me button on the side of my blog.
