Flickr Pro User

by Brian on 4/18/2005

Flickr has cut their prices in half for pro memberships due to the Yahoo buyout, so I have decided to buy a pro account. Before becoming a flickr pro member I was using about 79% of my upload bandwidth of 10Mb for the month. Pro membership also lets me have unlimited collections, perminant high resolution storage, and a 2GB monthly upload limit. But I mainly bought it because I like it.

Flickr and iPhoto is what I use for photo albums. I wanna bug my grandpa about Flickr the next time he tells me that digital photography won’t catch on. The issue for him is quality, but quality will never be an issue if the photos stay on a computer screen. Flickr gives us a way to connect using our photos.
