Management Information Systems

I don’t think I’m too thrilled over my management information systems class. The class deals a lot with concepts and theories, but I don’t mind that stuff. It’s the teacher’s style that is worrying me. He is one of those teachers who likes to teach by asking their students lots of questions. I have a question:

Why do teachers do that?

If they know the material, if they have something they want to teach us, why don’t they teach us? Or at least show us? When a teacher is constantly asking us questions to get us to understand a concept, for about ninety percent of the time, it always confuses me, and makes the lesson hard to follow. This class is reminding me of first year introduction to management. That’s Lakehead’s business department for you.

I don’t really much like bible studies that are taught this way either.
