Today I got an email from work about Christmas. The email said that any offices which are lacking on the Christmas decorations are allowed to use the petty cash fund to buy Christmas decorations.
Unfortunately though, we’re going to have to cut down on the Christmas parties this year–only about $25/employee. However, the reason we’re cutting down this year is because we want to spend more on the less fortunate, which means that our company will be donating an equivalent amount of money to a local Christmas fund or charity chosen by each office.
I love my employer.
