About Me

I figured that I should probably write a little biographical page about myself, explaining in some words who I am.

My name is Brian Jones and I am a graduate of the computer science program at Lakehead University, in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. I work full time in the telecommunications industry.

Besides computers, I’m also interested in writing and literature, art and drawing, photography, Christian spirituality. I tend to blog about the things I’m interested in, which usually includes everything from computers to life. I don’t have any specific topic, which might be my blogging downfall. Now and then I toy with the idea of creating a topic specific blog.

Besides work I also do a lot of consulting, related to computers, programming, information systems, networking, servers, etc. Some day I wouldn’t mind doing some speaking at conferences about technology, programming, or blogging.

I’m born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. And amazingly, I’m still living here, and don’t mind it too much.
